If you’re looking for acoustic wood panels, wooden slats, whatever you want to call them, Panel Décor Hub is the best! I really like that they come in larger dimensions to avoid extra seams, and the product itself is just far superior to several of the other samples we tried.
And when it comes to customer service, they really stand behind their product! We had a few panels that did not match the sample pattern of what we purchased, and my installers put them up, not noticing the variation in the pattern as they were working. I called and sent pictures to Adi at Panel Décor Hub, explained the situation, and she said bring them back to exchange. Friendly, top-notch, customer service making the customer whole and now the room looks like a million bucks! Thank you, Adi & Panel Décor Hub!

Great experience with Jody, very helpful. Amazing selection. Wasn’t expecting as many options when walking in based on what I saw online, so I’m glad I came in. Also walked out with some samples 🙂
