Discounts and Payment: Panel Decor Hub has exclusive authority to determine and approve any applicable discounts for Trade/VIP accounts. Trade/VIP account holders do not receive preferential credit facilities. All payments are processed directly through the website or via telephone at the time of ordering.

To maintain the integrity of our sample tile service, each customer may procure one sample tile per style, color, or type per order. However, we encourage broad exploration across our diverse range of styles, types, and colors.

Dispatched through our trusted carriers, sample tiles and small order consignments come with the added benefit of delivery status updates, often provided via SMS messaging. For enhanced delivery efficiency, kindly furnish a mobile telephone number at the time of purchase. Please note that due to inherent shading variations resulting from stock turnover, our sample tiles fall outside the purview of our returns policy and are therefore non-refundable.

In cases where payments are declined or queried by the appointed and accredited 3rd Party Credit checking agency, Panel Decor Hub Company reserves the right to employ additional credit checking measures to confirm the authenticity of the Buyer. Panel Decor Hub Company cannot be held liable for any delays or costs incurred by the Buyer due to delays in the credit authorization process.

If the express terms of a contract conflict with any conditions, the conditions shall prevail.

As the number of panels per ft or meter is nominal, the Buyer is responsible for ensuring a sufficient quantity of panels are ordered.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between the Buyer and Panel Decor Hub Company occurs upon the dispatch of the ordered products to the Buyer, unless we have notified you otherwise or you have canceled the order.

Orders are accepted and delivery promises made subject to our ability to secure the necessary material and/or goods, without liability for delays arising from manufacturing risks, strikes, accidents, or other causes beyond our direct control.

Payment for the goods constitutes acceptance of and agreement to these general Terms & Conditions.

Panel Decor Hub Company reserves the right to decline supplying the Buyer at its sole discretion.

The supply of goods by Panel Decor Hub Company does not imply suitability for a specific installation. The company can only be held responsible for any failure against the products supplied to the extent that the manufacturer guarantees the same. It is imperative to protect tiles against grit, movement of appliances, and items dropped on the surface.

Variations in size, shape, thickness, manufacturing tolerance, shading, and pattern are inherent in tile manufacturing, and Panel Decor Hub Company accepts no liability for such variations. Prodcuts names, images, and sizes displayed are nominal and serve only as a guide to the actual style, color, and size of a tile. Variations in texture, shade, and size can occur, and individual monitor settings and room lighting can exaggerate color appearance. The company strongly recommends purchasing a sample before placing the main order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that products are of an acceptable shade and size and are satisfactory for their situation before installation.

Any claim by the buyer based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with the specification must be notified to Panel Decor Hub Company in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to notify the company accordingly, if delivery is refused, absolves the company of liability for such defect or failure, and the buyer is bound to pay the price as if the goods had been delivered in accordance with the contract.

Panel Decor Hub Company offers a wide range of special protection, cleaning, and maintenance products manufactured by various suppliers. Customers must exercise caution when using these products to ensure they are appropriate for the product and location involved. Customers are requested to refer to the manufacturer’s website and fully read and adhere to the manufacturer’s usage and application guideline instructions before use. Additionally, it is recommended that customers apply a small sample to a test area to ensure suitability before proceeding with the main project. The company cannot accept any responsibility or liability for costs incurred through the use or misuse of these products, regardless of the cause. Panels need to fully dry before grouting, which can take days in some circumstances.
