Shipping fees for Canada and Hawaii will be calculated during checkout. Typically, orders containing in-stock items are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. While we make every effort to ensure swift delivery, please allow for a maximum of 14 days for your order to arrive. Rest assured, you’ll receive a notification once your order is dispatched, complete with a tracking number provided by the courier.

Please keep in mind that UPS may deliver your parcels separately. Should there be any delays due to UPS, we cannot dispatch replacements until the parcel is officially confirmed as lost. Once confirmed, we’ll promptly file a claim and send out replacements without delay.

Custom Orders & Backorders:
Please note that custom orders and backordered items have an estimated shipping timeframe of 6–9 weeks. If your order is ready earlier than expected, you will be notified immediately and updated with the new shipping details.

For orders under $1,000 that are shipped to a state where there is no warehouse, an additional shipping fee may apply.
