Can Slat Wood Panels be used for soundproofing?
Yes. Our Slat Wood Panels feature a 0.35” colored PET Polyester Nonwoven fabric (acoustic felt) backing. This material is designed to absorb sound waves, reducing echo and improving the overall acoustics of residential and commercial spaces. NRC 0.90 (Noise Reduction Coefficient)
What makes FLEX Stone Veneers different from traditional stone?
Unlike heavy stone slabs, our FLEX Stone Veneers are incredibly thin, lightweight, and flexible. They feature a real stone surface but are easy to cut with a utility knife and can be applied to curved surfaces, furniture, and ceilings, both indoors and outdoors.
Are your exterior panels weather-resistant?
Yes. Our Exterior WPC Slat Wall Panels are engineered for durability with UV and fade resistance. While they are highly durable and require no painting, please note they are not certified as hurricane-proof. We recommend installation on joists (keels) to prevent moisture buildup.
What are the fire safety ratings for your wall panels?
Safety is a priority for our products. Our Interior Slat Wood Panels carry a Class A fire rating, making them suitable for most commercial and residential applications. Our WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) panels are rated Class B, providing excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance for both interior and exterior use.
Do you offer thicker wood slats for a more pronounced 3D effect?
Yes. While our standard collection is popular for its sleek profile, our Exclusive Collection features thicker wood slats for a deeper, more architectural look. These are ideal for large-scale feature walls where texture and shadow play are key design elements.
Can I customize the color or thickness of the panels for a specific project?
Absolutely. We offer full customization for bulk orders (minimum 25 boxes). You can select custom slat thickness, veneer colors, and even the felt backing color to match your brand identity or interior palette. Contact our team for a bespoke quote and lead times.
Installation & Maintenance
How do I install Slat Wood Panels?
Installation is DIY-friendly. You can apply them directly to the wall using construction glue (grab adhesive) or by screwing through the acoustic felt. For the best results, we recommend using black screws for black backing and silver/grey screws for grey backing. For integrated lighting, we also offer 25FT LED strip kits.
What surfaces can I apply Faux Stone PU Panels to?
Faux Stone PU Panels can be installed on any clean, dry, and flat surface. We recommend using a high-quality construction adhesive and securing them with screws. They are ideal for creating “industrial” or “natural” accent walls without the weight of real masonry.
Do you offer samples for professionals?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive Designer Kit specifically for architects, designers, and contractors. It includes our 10 best-selling slat wood colors, WPC exterior samples, FLEX Stone finishes, and a full wood veneer color book.
Is the Wood Veneer collection suitable for DIY installation?
Our Wood Veneer sheets are professional-grade materials. Unlike “screw-in” slat panels, these are intended for carpenters or professional installers. They are highly versatile and can be used to wrap furniture, curved walls, and cabinetry, but they require professional tools and adhesives for a seamless finish.
How do I handle corners and outlets with Slat Wood Panels?
Slat Wood Panels are easily customized on-site. You can use a circular saw or jigsaw to cut around outlets and switches. For outside corners, we recommend mitering the edges at a 45-degree angle or using our matching L-trim profiles for a clean, professional edge.

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that custom orders and bulk orders (over 100 panels) are non-returnable. For WPC exterior panels, a 15-day return window applies with a 25% restocking fee.
