Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags must be intact, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
  • Before sending the item back, please provide us with images of the package in its original, undamaged condition.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact us at [email protected]. Upon acceptance of your return request, we’ll provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Inspecting Your Order

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage or issues, please contact us immediately so we can address the problem promptly. Failure to report any defects may result in delays or difficulties in resolving the issue later on.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sample items or sample boxes. However, if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days, provided the items are returned in resalable condition, at your own expense, and in their original, unopened packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Please specify the reason for return on the invoice to expedite the process.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately once the return is processed.

Missing Items

In the event of missing items, we will promptly file a claim with the courier. While such claims may take some time to resolve, we will do our utmost to expedite the process and send out replacements once confirmed as lost.

Color Variations

Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds for color variations in our products.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be patient as it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Before returning, send us pictures of the packages ready for return and wait for confirmation from us. Once confirmed, kindly label the box with your name and order number for easy identification. If you’ve arranged your own return labels, please provide us with the tracking numbers.
